Flunitrazepam (formerly marketed under the trade name Rohypnol in North America, ) is a drug which is a benzodiazepine derivative. It has powerful sedative, anxiolytic, and skeletal muscle relaxant properties. The drug is sometimes abused as a date rape drug.
