Junichiro is the half brother of Hank Hill. The first time they meet is in "Returning Japan" where Cotton returns to Japan to apolgize for killing Japanese people in World War II, while Boby plays a dance game in the square and meets a girl, Peggy is writing a article about how Cotton killed a man and is now apolgizeing to his wife, which back fires when she turned out to be just the nurse.
