TM anti-TNF alpha protein (tumor necrosis factor), designed by Centecor, to bind to TNF alpha protein. This protein is involved in the inflammation process; by binding to the protein TNF alpha is deactivated thus stopping the inflammation process. It is given by IV infusion using the same protocols you would use for a chemo treatment.
