CMT run-time environment package for the full Atlas release. Building the TestRelease package against a specific Atlas release (the one that is found through CMTPATH, or the one given to ASK when TestRelease was checked out of the repository) results in setting up the run-time for that release, usually by creating a run directory and copying and/or linking files to that directory.
