Definitions for "Touches"
Sensations of coming in contact with what seems to be a living presence when sitting for physical phenomena in darkroom sessions, e.g. a kiss on the cheek, a touch on the ear or a clammy, wet coldness or cobweb-like feeling over the face.
Tactual sensations represent an allied phenomenon to the movement ofobjects. They are always intentional as the movement of objects ischaracterised by perfect localisation. Sitters are never hit byaccident however swift the motion may be, and the touch is alwaysmeant for the one who receives it. See TOUCHES.
