Zipporah or Tzipora (צִפּוֹרָה "Bird", Standard Hebrew Ẓippora, Tiberian Hebrew á¹¢ippôrÄh), Sephora Greek, mentioned in the Book of Exodus or Safura in Arabic (Safrawa in some versions), was the wife of Moses, and the daughter of Jethro, a priest of Midian.
