Definitions for "Crossover Point"
The frequency that appears in two adjacent outputs of a crossover (such as high and mid) at the same level. For example, if a two-way crossover is set for a crossover point of 100 Hz, a 100 Hz signal will be at the same level in both the high-pass output and the low-pass output.
The frequency point at which sound is transferred from one driver to another. The loudness of the two drivers is the same at the crossover point.
The frequency at which the output from the high-pass filter and the low-pass filter are equal in amplitude.
