David Wallace (September 12 1799 – September 4 1859) was a Whig governor of the U.S. state of Indiana from December 6 1837 to December 9 1840.

Professor Sir David James Wallace, CBE, FRS, DL is the Director of the Isaac Newton Institute for Mathematical Sciences in Cambridge and became master of Churchill College, Cambridge in October 2006.

David Wallace (born 8 July 1976 in Limerick) and educated at Crescent College. He is a pacy rugby union openside flanker, a key member of the Irish international team and Munster Rugby province.
