Transcripts from colleges that are sealed by the admissions office of that college and stamped across the seal are official. If you receive an official transcript and open it, it is no longer official. Transcripts that are sealed but say "issued to student" on it are not considered official. To obtain an official transcript, you must contact the registrar's office. You will either fax or mail in a signed request with the mailing address of the school to which you wish to have the transcripts sent.
A certified official copy of your academic records sent to Talpiot by your high school and/or ALL post-secondary institutions you have attended. This may not be a photocopy nor may it be a "student copy" of your academic record. Official transcripts must be sent from one academic institution directly to another - not to the student.
