Other health impairments. Limited strength, vitality or alertness, including a heightened alertness to environmental stimuli, due to chronic or acute health problems which adversely affect a pupil's educational performance. (A.R.S. ยง15-761)
Is one which adversely affects educational performance and includes the following: physically disabling condition determined to be a serious orthopedic impairment of a students locomotion or motor function or a health impairment which results in limited strength, vitality, or alertness due to chronic or acute health problems.
Other Health Insurance. any source of health benefits other than TRICARE. These sources may include group employers, associations or private insurers. Other health insurance does not include TRICARE Supplemental Insurance of Medicaid.
Other Health Insurance. If the beneficiary has medical healthcare coverage besides TRICARE for themselves or any of their dependents, that coverage will be considered to be Other Health Insurance (OHI), and therefore a primary payer to TRICARE. TRICARE coordinates benefits (COB) to determine what, if any, TRICARE liability remains after the OHI has made payment. Supplemental insurance, Medicaid and Native American tribal insurances are considered to be secondary to TRICARE.
