An employee who is appointed for at least twenty hours per week for four and one-half months or more. Regular employees are eligible for UT group insurance benefits.
An employee in a position which meets one of the following conditions: (a) Full-time: Established for a period in excess of six months or (b) Part-time: Established for a fiscal year and scheduled for 14 hours or more each workweek.
