Single index FoxPro

Index files are produced automatically when you use the \index commands in LaTeX. The IDX file contains raw indexing data that will be used by the MakeIndex program to build an index for your document. You must include the makeidx style in your documentstyle command, and you must turn on indexing with \makeindex in the preamble of your document if you wish to (re)build the index.
