A piece of active climbing protection, consisting of a number of cams on a stem with a trigger bar. The trigger allows you to compress the size of the unit, so that it can be placed into a pocket or crack. When the trigger is released the unit expands and locks into the slot (this is dependant on how well placed it is!!). The rope is then clipped with a runner to this piece of protection.
