The talbiyah is the prayer recited by pilgrims at many stages of the Hajj. The wording of the talbiyah is: O my Lord, here I am at Your service, here I am. There is no partner with You, Here I am. Truly, the praise and the provisions are Yours, and so is the dominion and sovereignty. There is no partner with you.

One of the phrases of the talbiyah is "Here I am, Oh Lord, at Thy service. Here I am!"
The Talbiyah is a Muslim prayer invoked by the pilgrims as a conviction that they intend to perform the Hajj only for the glory of God. Talbiyah is repeatedly invoked during the Hajj, or pilgrimage, upon putting on the Ihram, so the pilgrims can purify and rid themselves of worldly concerns.
