A tiny, round, khaki-coloured grain closely resembling millet. Its scientific names are Eragrostis, teff. It is the smallest grain in the world but highly nutritious. Used in Africa, especially for the Ethiopian staple flatbread called injera, it can also be found in some health food stores.
