blueberries are high in both vitamins A and C. We add dried ground blueberries to our soap for a bit of colour, and also to add texture, making the soap gently exfoliating. My brother owns a pick-your-own blueberry farm, so blueberries seemed to be a natural fruit to try in our soaps, and our blueberry soaps ( Blueberry Spice and Lemon Blueberry) have been very well received.
