This is secondary data that describes primary data. It answers questions about data. Ex. The name of the person who took a barometric reading, where the barometric reading is the primary data.

Meta-Data is a term for information that describes information. Blue Ink Meta-Data is in two parts: information that describes a database (database meta-data) and user entered information (questions and answers) that describes the information that describes a database.
