Definitions for "Dancing"
The term "dancing" or "bouncing" is used to describe a vibratory pile driver/extractor's behavior when driving a pile that has hit a rock layer or some other obstruction causing the vibro to jump up and down in a erractic pattern of amplitude.  The vibro suppressor housing "dances" due to its lack of capacity to absorb the unwanted erractic amplitude, thus transferring unwanted vibration into the crane line.  When the vibro energy cannot be transferred into the pile and soil, "dancing" or "bouncing" may occur.  This, of course, will overheat and damage or destroy the rubber elastomers in the suppressor housing.

A tactic that works well against Focus Fire. Take the unit that your enemy is focusing on, and retreat it. Have it run in circles, dance about, anything to keep the enemy moving after it. As a result, your enemy will be continually moving, attempting to reach the unit and attack it. Meanwhile, your other units will be picking off his units with relative ease.

Some religions believe that dancing is evil. Latter-day Saints do not. We do, however, choose our music with care and encourage young unmarried people to dance "at arm's length" instead of closely. Many popular dance moves of the day are not appropriate for LDS church dances, but there are plenty of good ways for people to express themselves. Church dances are great opportunities for young people to socialize with each other.

We do medieval dances of varying difficulties, some are so easy a two year old can master them and usually the steps are taught and called out before the dance is done.
