malignant fibrous histiocytoma - a sarcoma which can affect soft tissue or, more rarely, bone. The commonest sarcoma diagnosis.
Malignant fibrous histiocytomas. These are cancers that start in fibrous tissue cells called histiocytes. MFH is a type of primary bone cancer. It is one type of a group of tumours called spindle cell sarcomas.
