A neckloop can be used with the "T" (telecoil) setting on a hearing aid to help you listen to your television, hi-fi or radio, or take part in conversations. The neckloop is a wireless piece of equipment worn around the neck. A small amplifier connected to the TV or hi-fi amplifies the sound, which is picked up by the neckloop and fed directly to your hearing aid.
