The music was written by Jimmy Van Heusen, the lyrics by Sammy Cahn. It was recorded by Frank Sinatra in 1959 in a hit version, featuring a children's choir, which was included in a 1961 Sinatra album, All the Way.
High Hopes is a sitcom made in Wales, produced and directed by Gareth Gwenlan and is set in a fictional area of the South Wales Valleys. It stars Margaret John as widow Elsie Hepplewhite, Steven Meo as (Dwayne) Hoffman and Ben Evans as Charlie. It revolves around Elsie's son Richard (known as Fagin)'s scrapes with the two boys, who attempted to rob the Hepplewhites' house in the first episode.
