Operations in Boolean logic use operators that have only two values, 1's and 0's. Boolean algebra is exactly like normal algebra, except that variables have one of only two values. Named after George Boole, mathematician and logician who introduced this type of algebra in 1847.
Of or relating to a logical system which treats variables such as propositions and computer logic elements, through the operators AND, OR, NOT, IF, THEN, and EXCEPT. Within multiple sets of polygon features, operations that produce their union, intersection, complement and exclusion.
