Heavy Weather is Weather Report's seventh album, released in 1977 through Columbia Records. It was the band's second album with bass virtuoso Jaco Pastorius. On Black Market, the first, he only played on two of the seven tracks, but here he was a fully-fledged member of the band and contributed greatly to the album's success.
