Definitions for "Terminally Ill"
Under the Accelerated Death Benefit, means an Insured has a life expectancy of 12 months or less due to a medical condition.
For purposes of qualifying for a living benefit, having a medical prognosis of a life expectancy of 9 months or less.
A patient that a physician has certified has 6 months or less to live.
