Friends General Conference. An association of yearly meetings and other bodies of Friends in North America. Its purpose is to nurture their members by developing and providing resources and opportunities for spiritual growth. Those meetings belonging to FGC tend to be liberal in theology and to have an unprogrammed form of worship.
