Definitions for "Site Plan"
A plan, to scale, showing uses and structures proposed for a parcel of land as required by the Critical Area regulations involved. It includes lot lines, streets, building sites, buildings, other impervious surfaces, other areas of human disturbance, and major landscape features. Site plans are reviewed by the local jurisdiction and the Critical Area Commission staff.
A graphic survey of a property parcel. Will usually show the dimentions of the lot as well as the relative location of any structures on the lot.
