Definitions for "Temporary Disability"
A disability that is expected to last no more than one year.
(TD) - Money paid to an employee who is temporarily unable to work because of a work-related injury or illness. The Labor Code mandates a payment of two thirds of the average weekly salary up to the maximum amount established by the Labor Code.
