The Singles 81>85 is a singles compilation album released in October 1985 by Depeche Mode. The compilation was not originally released in North America, being replaced by its counterpart Catching Up with Depeche Mode. In 1998, to coincide with the release of The Singles 86>98, the band remastered, repackaged, and re-released the compilation worldwide.
The Singles is a compilation album by The Clash. It included all their singles, in their single version, except for "This is England".
The Singles was The Pretenders' 1987 compilation album and featured all the band's UK single hits to date, as well as including "I Got You Babe" which Hynde had performed with UB40 in 1985.
