The seller's fixed price option for an item. The Buy it now option allows a buyer to immediately purchase the item rather than going through the bidding process.
The Buy It Now icon means the item has a set price for which it can be purchased immediately without going through the bidding process.
Is a feature allowing the seller to set a price the bidder can purchase the item at immediately and skip the normal auction process. This option disappears once a bid has been placed.
