The common life and fellowship of love shared by Christians with Christ and with each other in Christ.

A Greek word meaning communion or intimate fellowship. This relationship exists between the three Persons of the Holy Trinity and also between Christians who are united by love into one body in Christ. See Acts 2:41, 42; 2 Cor. 13:14; 1 John 1:1-7. See also COMMUNION.

The Parish Life Committee/Koinonia Support Fellowship consists of five Parish Life Groups and their leaders. Members of FLC are assigned to a Parish Life Group and actively participate or contribute financially to their Group's activities. The groups host the refreshments during Sunday coffee hours as well as help plan events such as the annual picnic and Advent Smörgåsbord.
