Agreement An agreement in September 1938 between Germany, Italy, Britain, and France calling on Czechoslovakia to cede the Sudetenland ( q.v.) to Germany and smaller parts of its territory to Hungary and Poland.
Munich (German Landkreis MÃ¼nchen) is a district in Bavaria, Germany. It borders (from the north and clockwise) the districts of Dachau, Freising, Erding, Ebersberg, Rosenheim, Miesbach, Bad TÃ¶lz-Wolfratshausen, Starnberg, FÃ¼rstenfeldbruck, and surrounds district-free city Munich itself.
Munich is a 2005 Academy Award-nominated film directed by Steven Spielberg and written by Tony Kushner and Eric Roth. The movie is set after the 1972 Munich massacre. A squad of assassins, led by former Mossad agent "Avner" (Eric Bana), is ordered to track down and kill a list of Black September members thought to be responsible for the 11 Israeli athletes' murders (see Background and planning of Operation Wrath of God).
"Munich" is a song by British Indie rock band Editors and is featured on their 2005 debut album, The Back Room. It was originally released 18 April 2005 as the second single from the band. It was then subsequently re-released on the 2nd of January 2006.
