O is the name of Damien Rice's first album. Released in the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom on 1 February 2002, it has since gone platinum in the Republic of Ireland. Rice wanted to make the album without the backing of a major record label, believing if he signed such a deal it would compromise his future work, forcing him to move in directions he did not wish to.
O is the solo debut album by American R&B singer Omarion, released on February 22, 2005 via Epic Records. It features the Top 40 hit "O" (#27) and "Touch" (#94) and the highly disappointing single "I'm Tryna". The album received good reviews at stations like BET, but on stations like MTV and VH1 it was less successful.
