Rapid rural appraisal. a qualitative methodology used to gather information during (relatively) short but intensive studies in the field. A multidisciplinary team makes use of a range of tools and techniques that encourage local participation in the research process and facilitate the sharing of knowledge.
Rapid Rural Appraisal. A simpler version of Participatory Rural Appraisal, with less participation by the population involved. Usually qualitative, but sometimes not wholly.

Restricted Root Access. Restricted root access (RRA) limits the uses of the rsh and | rcp commands within PSSP software. When RRA is enabled, it | restricts root rsh and rcp authorizations from the nodes to | the control workstation, and from one node to another. However, control | workstation to node rsh and rcp access is still | permitted.
Retiree Reimbursement Account. Retiree Reimbursement Accounts are health reimbursement arrangements that can be used upon retirement to pay insurance premiums or obtain reimbursements for qualified health care expenses or both. RRAs are not comprehensive health insurance plans. Contributions to an RRA are made by the employer. Most plans operate for unlimited time periods and balances carry over from year to year during the life span of the member and/or his/her dependents. Funds in an RRA may be used to pay for unreimbursed medical expenses as well as health premiums, including Medicare Part B and Medigap policies. Reimbursements made with employer deposits from these accounts are not considered taxable income to the retiree.
