Definitions for "Frequency Stability"
The allowable deviation, in parts per million (PPM), over a specified temperature range. Deviation is referenced to the measured frequency at +25° C.
In wireless, the accuracy to which the operating frequency is maintained over time and in the presence of environmental changes.
Is the degree to which electronic components and equipment can maintain a constant frequency through variations of temperature, voltage, current and similar factors. It is usually expressed in kHz or in parts per-million (ppm).
