In flop games, when a player makes a pair with one of their down cards and the middle card on the flop. Synonym for Middle Pair.
These are players that tend to act during the middle of a betting round. For example, in a field of 9 players, the players in the 4-6 position are players in middle position.
To have an approximately equal number of players before and after you in the play of the hand.

A middle position refers to players that tend to act during the middle of a betting round. For example, if you have 5 players at a table, then the players in 2-3 position are considered the middle position
