The OTC Bulletin Board is an electronic quotation system for certain securities that are not eligible for quotation on NASDAQ or any national stock exchange. Real-time stock quotes and volume information are available for OTC Bulletin Board Stocks. The OTC Bulletin Board is not part of NASDAQ. It is operated separately by the NASD.
