"Everybody" is a pop—dance music song written by American singer Madonna as her first single, it later appeared on her debut album, Madonna (1983). It was produced by Mark Kamins, and received a mixed reception from music critics. The song was released as a single in the fall of 1982 (see 1982 in music) and was a top five dance music hit in the United States, reaching number three on the Billboard Hot Dance/Club Play Chart.

Everybody was the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2001, performed in English by Tanel Padar, Dave Benton and 2 XL, representing Estonia. The song was performed twentieth on the night (following Germany's Michelle with Wer Liebe Lebt and preceding Malta's Fabrizio Faniello with Another Summer Night). At the close of voting, it had received 198 points, with the win coming at the head of a 23-song field.
