Lamp Lumen Depreciation. Lumen depreciation is a term that describes the normal attrition of light. Essentially, the longer a lamp operates, the less light it delivers. Different light sources have different rates of depreciation.
An adjustment factor that accounts for the fractional loss of lamp lumens at rated operating conditions that progressively occurs during lamp operation.
Lamp Lumen Depreciation. The decrease in lumen output that occurs as a lamp is operated, until failure. Also referred to as lamp lumen depreciation (LLD).
LAMP LUMEN DEPRECIATION. The decrease over time of lamp lumen output, caused by bulb wall blackening, phosphor exhaustion, filament depreciation, and other factors.
