Intermarket Surveillance Group. An association of major U.S. stock exchanges, NASD (U.S.) members (the regulatory arm of NASDAQ), TSX Venture Exchange, Toronto Stock Exchange and the Bourse de Montréal, which shares regulatory information relevant to violations of rules in different markets.
