Listed as Endangered or Threatened by USFWS or listed as Endangered, Threatened, In Need of Conservation, or Endangered Extirpated by DNR
A species, process or community listed in the Flora and Fauna Guarantee Act 1988. A taxon or community of flora or fauna is eligible to be listed if it is in a demonstrable state of decline which is likely to result in extinction or if it is significantly prone to future threats which are likely to result in extinction. See Threatening process. Forest Management
A listed building is protected by the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. This means that Listed Building Consent (LBC)is required for any changes made to it. Listed churches benefit from ecclesiastical exemption and so do not require LBC. If there is a separately listed building in the churchyard (a building other than the church) then this does require LBC.
