Definitions for "Resurfacing"
Resurfacing is the application of a new top surface to an item, usually to repair scratches or to change the colour. Resurfacing is used where local repairs are not possible. Typically the resurfacing technique is used for items such as baths, sinks, tiles, anything in the kitchen or bathroom.
The process of overlaying a road with new blacktop, or bituminous concrete. Often called an overlay. This new layer is usually 1.5" to 4" thick. Often resurfacing is preceeded with milling.
