Sehnsucht (German for "Longing" and sometimes translated as "Hunger") is the German NDH-metal band Rammstein's second album. It was released on 22 August1997 and is thought by many to be Rammstein's most sexually deviant album.
Sehnsucht (German for "Longing") was a 1920 silent film directed by F. W. Murnau and starring Conrad Veidt. It tells the story of a male dancer who falls in love with a grand duchess, only to be arrested, and his subsequent attempt to find the duchess.
Sehnsucht ("wishfulness" or "longing") is the first song on the album of Sehnsucht by Rammstein.
