Projection of instrument readout onto a vehicle's windshield in the direct vision path of the driver. Corvette first offered this feature in its 1999 model.
critical information – such as speed, navigation instructions and warning lights – are projected onto the inside of the windshield. The driver can read the information simply by refocusing his eyes, not turning his head.
