Definitions for "Line feed"
Moving a cursor or the head or a printer down one line.
A recording or live feed of a program that switches between multiple cameras and image sources. Also known in sitcom production as the director's cut.
( LF) - A control character ( ASCII: 10) indicating that the next character should be displayed in the current horizontal position but one line down. It is often used in text files as part of, or as the End of Line. It is not normally entered from the keyboard, but in many cases it can be generated, if necessary, by pressing Ctrl-J.
A control code and control panel button that advances the paper one line space.
The printer operation which advances the paper by one line.
