Administrative Review Board
Architectural Review Board. The Architectural Review Board established by a Developer under the Codes Covenants and Resrictions (CCR). Includes the collection of individuals who are charged with duties of design and review of standards for a Development.
Arbitration Section 252(b) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 gives the Board the authority to arbitrate the rates, terms, and conditions of interconnection agreements between competitors and incumbent local exchange providers.
Air Resources Board: The state's primary agency for air quality planning and policy. The ARB sets the state's air-quality standards, conducts research on air pollution, and approves or rejects local air-quality plans. ARB is sometimes called CARB, for California Air Resources Board.
