You are a matriculated student when you are officially enrolled in a program (i.e. sent in any official transcripts (if needed), paid the admissions fee, and have received an ‘acceptance’ letter from a program). To receive financial aid, you must be matriculated.

Enrollment status for students who are officially working on the completion of a degree.

A student who has been formally accepted into an academic program and begun a course of study. You must be matriculated in order to receive degrees or other formal awards from RIT.

To be enrolled at an eligible institution working toward a degree or certificate in an eligible program.
