Belarus (, ) is a landlocked country in Eastern Europe, bordering Russia to its East, Ukraine to its South, Poland to its West, Lithuania and Latvia to its North. Its capital is Minsk; other important cities include Brest, Grodno, Gomel, Mogilev and Vitebsk. One third of the country's surface is forest.
Belarus («БеларуÌÑ», earlier «БеларуÌÑь») is a series of four-wheeled tractors produced since 1950 at the Minsk Tractor Plant, MTZ (МінÑкі трактарны завод; МиÌнÑкий траÌкторный завоÌд, МТЗ) in Minsk, Belarus.
