Definitions for "Business Use"
People who use their vehicle for business usually pay a higher premium since they are on the road more often and in turn are at a greater risk of being involved in accidents. Business use includes driving to appointments, presentations or if you are a salesperson on the road.
This is use by the policyholder for their own business to travel to more than one place of work and between places of work.
This means the covered vehicle is used for work-related purposes but is not owned by the business. An example of this is a salesman driving to visit his customers.
