regional referral centre. A centre for the care of adult patients with CHD, incorporating, at a minimum, cardiology staff with special skills, training, and experience in the management of such patients, and highly skilled echocardiographers.
Regional Radiocommunication Conference. A conference within the framework of ITU. In 2004, the first part of a regional ITU radio conference (RRC-04) was held, for the purpose of adopting the technical and procedural framework for planning of DVB-T in TV bands III, IV and V (174-230 MHz and 470-862 MHz). The actual frequency planning will take place at the second part of the radio conference (RRC-06), to be held in Geneva in 2006.
Regional Resource Centers. Federally-funded programs responsible for training and technical assistance to staff who serve school age children with disabilities.
Radio Resource Control. The Radio Resource Control is responsible for doing providing the configuration profiles that is used by the CCM for reconfiguration inside a given standard/mode. Therefore it uses the mid/fine grain Configuration Service API.
