Device used to charge a rechargeable battery.
a device for charging or recharging batteries
Device capable of supplying electrical energy to a battery.
Device used to recharge PACKs, usually from a 12V car/leisure type battery. These come in a wide range of prices and specifications. The main things to look for are the number of cells they will charge and the maximum current they will deliver. You will find a price jump from chargers which charge up to 7 cells and those over. That's because to charge more than 7 cells from a 12V battery requires special circuitry to increase the available voltage.
This is the device used to charge/recharge batteries. If NiCad batteries are provided with the radio, a charger is usually provided as well.
Device used to energise a rechargeable battery.
Device used to charge a cell or battery.
Device associated with the rectifier and used to supply the battery with the electrical power (DC current) required to recharge and/or float charge the battery, thus ensuring the rated backup time.
Device used to recharge batteries, usually supplied with the radio if NiCd batteries are included. It is usually better to get yourself a PEAK charger, that will charge your batteries correctly.
